- Pasta (linguini or tagliatelle)
- 250 gr Chestnut mushrooms sliced
- Grated parmesan
- Freshly chopped parsley
- 200 gr Creme fraiche
- 3-5 Slices of cured ham in strips
Boil your pasta as you prefer. Slice the mushrooms and pan-fry until nicely browned. Add the sliced ham, fry for a couple of minutes. Add the parsley, creme fraiche and grated parmesan.
Add the strained pasta to the sauce and mix. Finish with some freshly grated pepper.
Another super easy and delicious dish made by the BF. Mostly heart warming cold weather food. <3
