Hi there. I tried this recipe with moosemeat. For extra flavour I added some ground chilipepper. In autumn we hunt moose and whwn you slowcook the ribs there is quite a lot of meat which makes a perfekt stew.

Thanks!

I have read that the knob had split for some so I wanted to stay on the safe side and replace it. Haven't made it again in the Creuset, but I did make a couple of no knead pizza's and focaccias. :)

No need to replace knob. I make this frequently and never had any problem. The first time I covered the knob with aluminum foil, but after that, I got lazy, but had no issue! Looks good!

Nice! :). Unfortunately there aren't many different kinds of flour available in Dutch supermarkets. Would definitely want to try more kinds with my recipes.

Thank you!
Just made these with the enthusiastic help of two four-year-olds. Following your nom tradition of substituting ingredients that have run out, I made them with half white half wholemeal self raising flour. They came out a beautiful colour without being as worthy as a full on wholemeal scone. Looking forward to paradingthem in front of the rest of the PTA! ;)
