A week ago we got some Peking duck supplies at a local Asian supermarket. Boneless pre-prepped Peking duck, pancakes and hoisin sauce.

Saturday we went shopping to buy a glass teapot for our blooming teas. It is a little bit small, but is perfect for us. We don’t usually drink that much tea anyways. At the same store we also bought, a round cutter for scones, a picknick basket and  a baking tin as a present for a friend. We were going over for dinner on saturday and he has recently gotten into the groove of cooking himself.

The picnic basket was just too cute. Plan is to make our own scones and sandwiches and perhaps go out to the beach or park. Didn’t find any nice picnic plaids, maybe we’ll get that some other time.
For desert we bought carrotcake from Koekela and bought some lemon slices and raspberry white chocolate muffins for ourselves.
